Segway New Mexico

This tour begins at our store located at 1816 Lomas NW. Once you have watched a short Segway safety video (10 min) we take you outside and get you comfortable riding a Segway PT. When you feel ready we will travel over to Roma Street where you will glide through one of Albuquerque's historic neighborhoods on the way downtown.

We will travel along brand new side walks with easy access ramps all the way to the Civic Plaza in Downtown Albuquerque. From the Plaza we will travel through the courtyards and over to Route 66 and the famous Crossroads Clock. We will head west on Route 66 to Park ave passing the Albuquerque Country Club on the way over to Historic Old Town.

This tour is approximately 2 hrs long (including training) and is a fantastic way to see Albuquerque's downtown and historic area. Tour times can be adjusted for private or large groups just add a note in your checkout about the time and special instructions and we will call or email you before we reserve your spot.

Historic Old Town is known for its many types of jewelry and art galleries, food courts, candie stores, gift shops, and specialty stores with all kinds of things to buy. The tour guide will take you through some of the courtyards and patios so you can see some of the hidden shops that are full of treasures.

All riders must wear shoes and a helmet, one will be provided or you can use your own. No sandal's or open toe shoes while riding the Segway PT. Shorts, ball caps, sunscreen, and a bottle of water is recommended in the Summer. Pants, jackets, gloves and coffee is recommended in the winter.
