This Historic Old Town Tour begins at our store located at 1816 Lomas NW Abq, NM 87104. There is plenty of free parking right out front or in our huge parking lot. Once you have signed up we take you outside and get you comfortable riding a Segway PT. A tour guide will help you navigate through the many courtyards and patios pointing out some of Albuquerque's most visited galleries and boutiques. Old Town follows the traditional Spanish pattern of a central plaza and church surrounded by homes and businesses. Many of the historic homes are still standing and some have been renovated into today's shops, galleries and restaurants. For almost three centuries Old Town has been the crossroads of the Southwest. It is a Historical Zone of the City of Albuquerque and home for many families whose ancestors founded the town.

This tour is about 1.5 hours long and includes training. Please see the link below for a complete map and merchant list of Old Town.

When in New Mexico - Eat like New Mexicans! Try delightful chile dishes which evolved from a combination of Indian and Spanish recipes, or enjoy one of the many restaurants featuring everything from the All-American hamburger to fine Continental cuisine. Stroll through the Plaza, dine at one of many restaurants, stay at the historic B&B's, visit Albuquerque's museums, or shop at over 150 stores and galleries for unique gifts from the Southwest and around the world.

Historic Old Town is known for its many types of Jewelry and Art Galleries, Food Courts, Candie Stores, Gift Shops, and Specialty Stores with all kinds of things to buy. The Tour Guide will take you through some of the courtyards and patios so you can see some of the hidden shops that are full of treasure.

Checkout Instructions:

You must Register on this Website and login on your account before you can reserve a tour.

Select the date and time you would like to take a tour from the drop down menu below. During the final payment process you will be able to put a request for a special start time in the comment section provided if you would like a different start time. We will email or call you with confirmation if we can reserve your requested date and time.

Then put the total number of people riding in your group in the box located at the bottom right corner of this page. Go to your basket and follow the checkout process to complete your reservation. We will double check your reservation and notify you via email or by phone with a confirmation of your tour date and time. Our "secure" checkout system requires your credit card information for the reservation but we do not charge your account until the day before your tour and everything is confirmed.

You must call or email us to cancel your tour at least 12 hours in advance to prevent your card from being charged. All riders that are 18 years of age or older MUST bring identification with them and agree to sign a waiver prior to riding the Segway. All riders under 18 must have their parent or guardian present and agree to sign a waiver for them.

All riders must wear shoes and a helmet, one will be provided or you can use your own. No sandal's or open toe shoes while riding the Segway PT. Shorts, ball caps, sunscreen, and a bottle of water is recommended in the Summer. Pants, jackets, gloves and coffee is recommended in the winter.

You must "checkout" completely by going through the short billing process in order for your reservations to be made.
